As one of the UK’s largest housebuilders, Bellway Homes is synonymous with quality and craftsmanship. The project focused on reinforcing Bellway’s reputation through marketing collateral that reflected the calibre of their developments, from stylish one-bedroom apartments for first-time buyers to luxurious penthouses and executive homes. Each piece of collateral was designed to appeal to Bellway’s diverse clientele while highlighting their commitment to creating stunning, sustainable communities.
Bellway’s brand is built on the pillars of quality, service, and trust, with a deep understanding of their buyers’ aspirations. To support their Sales & Marketing team, I designed and produced a suite of materials, including sales brochures, information documents, flyers, site plans, and maps. I also created detailed technical floor plan illustrations, ensuring clarity and precision in presenting key information.
